Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs who have high expectations for every child, build strong relationships and understand the importance of securing firm foundations in KS1
• Is committed to helping every child achieve and feel included.
• Demonstrates effective teaching in KS1, including through teaching placements, and a commitment to securing good progress for children.
• Delivers engaging teaching with strong foundations in phonics, early reading, writing and mathematics.
• Creates a calm, positive classroom through clear routines and caring relationships.
• Adapts teaching to meet children’s different needs.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and builds positive partnerships with families.
• Reflects on their practice and is keen to develop professionally.
