Summary
Wakefield has no WoofWalk walker yet, though three people in Leeds have already set up. We want three in Wakefield, including one who can cover the Five Towns around Castleford and Pontefract.
WoofWalk is a UK app through which dog owners book a walker from their own district. You are self-employed through it. You set your prices and hours, you choose your bookings, and owners pay in the app with the money paid out to you. Wakefield walkers are not our employees: no wage from us, and no guaranteed bookings.
No Wakefield price research yet; the national public-listing figure is about £15 for an hour, and that is what other walkers charge, not a rate we set. Yours are your own.
Thornes Park, Pugneys Country Park, Newmillerdam and Anglers Country Park are the regular grounds.
Nothing to pay to join. The first 14 days have no commission, then 15% of each booking, and 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and insurance cover.
Over 18. Apply through Find a Job and tell us your part of the district.
Essential requirements
