Summary
Mobilisation Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Per Annum
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire (There will be the requirement to conduct site visits so you must be comfortable travelling between sites during the working day)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the mobilisation of new residential, mixed-use and high-rise properties from acquisition through to operational handover.
- Creating and managing project plans, trackers and mobilisation schedules to ensure key milestones are delivered on time.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure buildings are operationally ready for occupation.
- Monitoring project progress, managing risks and supporting compliance activities throughout the mobilisation process.
- Preparing handover packs, operational manuals and key property documentation.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, contractors and stakeholders while providing regular project updates.
- Conducting site visits and supporting multiple mobilisation projects across the UK.
Who we are looking for:
- An organised and proactive project professional with experience in social housing, property management, facilities management, construction, or a similar sector.
- Someone with experience coordinating projects, mobilisations or operational programmes in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident managing contractors, suppliers and multiple competing priorities.
- A strong communicator who can build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable reviewing plans, drawings and technical information and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in using project trackers or Gantt charts.
- A full UK driving licence holder who is happy to travel to sites as required.
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, MSP), IOSH/NEBOSH, or experience within social housing or residential mobilisation projects would be desirable.
