Summary

Procurement Call Handler

Location: Remote

Contract: Temporary, 3-6 months

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Procurement Call Handler to join their Property Procurement team on a temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills to act as the first point of contact for landlords, agents and other stakeholders, handling property-related enquiries and providing a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.

Handle property-related enquiries and new business leads.

Provide accurate information and direct queries to the relevant teams.

Liaise with procurement officers and internal colleagues to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and databases.

Requirements:

Previous customer service and/or administrative experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident telephone manner and strong organisational skills.

Good IT skills, including experience using Excel.

GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.

Previous property or procurement experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a fully Remote role and the hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
