Hours
Managing the After‑School Club (15:00 - 18:00 PM, must be available for these hours)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children in schools or childcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, caring, calm approach
- Confidence supporting children and encouraging creative play
- Relevant childcare/playwork qualifications (or willingness to complete training)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- To plan and deliver high-quality After-school Club sessions in line with Active8 Minds’ standards, policies and procedures.
- Create a safe, healthy and secure environment. Responsibilities include completing risk assessments, administering first aid when required,
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, parents, and schools.
- Undertaking appropriate training, following all club policies and procedures, and efficiently managing a small team.
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
