Charnwood Borough Council is looking for a motivated and experienced Housing Income Officer to join our Housing Income Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Role Overview:

You'll manage a patch of around 1,160 homes across urban and rural communities, taking a proactive approach to rent collection, preventing arrears and working with tenants to find practical solutions when financial difficulties arise.
