Duties of a Service Advisor:
- Manage and prioritise workload in a busy dealership environment, liaising with the workshop team to track vehicle progress
- Greet and assist between 10-28 customers per day, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Effectively communicate technical information and vehicle repair status to customers
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions
- Support the Service Manager and collaborate with team members to meet individual and team targets
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and IT skills, preferably with experience in Keyloop or similar systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 1:00pm
