Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The GORSE Academies Trust Primary Partnership is seeking to recruit exceptional teachers to join a newly established team of casual teachers.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our internal trust workforce, providing high-quality teaching and support across our primary academies as required. Unlike traditional agency supply work, successful candidates will become part of the wider GORSE family, working within a highly successful and values-driven trust committed to securing exceptional outcomes for every child.

We are looking for talented professionals who can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, deliver high-quality learning experiences and uphold the high expectations and standards synonymous with GORSE.

This role offers a unique combination of flexibility, professional trust and the opportunity to work across a number of successful primary academies. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced colleagues who can bring a wealth of expertise and make an immediate impact wherever they are deployed.

Potential applicants should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for pupils.

• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all learners.

• Be able to adapt quickly to different educational settings and establish positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Share our commitment to excellence, inclusion and ensuring every child receives an exceptional education.

We would particularly welcome applications from colleagues who:

• Have experience teaching across the primary age range.

• Are keen to broaden their experience by working across different academies and communities.

• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing effective practice.

• Are looking for a flexible role within a successful and supportive organisation.

• Have the potential and ambition to contribute more widely to academy improvement where opportunities arise.

What the school offers its staff

As a trust, we want to ensure that professionals at every stage in their career have the opportunity to enjoy expert support and training. We are pleased to offer a generous benefits package to our team – as we work together to create a rewarding future for all including:

• Membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.

• The opportunity to work across a successful partnership of primary academies.

• Access to high-quality professional development, networking opportunities and ongoing career support across the trust.

• The chance to gain experience in a variety of educational settings whilst remaining part of one organisation.

• Access to an Employee Assistance Programme which provides confidential professional advice and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• A £2,000 Cycle to Work Scheme.
