We are looking to further strengthen our Senior Leadership Team with the appointment of an Assistant Principal responsible for SEND. Whether you are a talented and proven leader or looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will: are seeking a dynamic candidate who:
• Have a genuine desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life chances of our children.
• Be hardworking, dedicated and willing to embrace new challenges.
• Be an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Be a qualified SENDCo, or be undertaking a recognised SEND qualification such as the NPQ for SEND.
• Be a highly effective leader who leads by example, developing excellence in others through coaching, mentoring and leadership of a key stage. Experience within EYFS would be particularly advantageous.
• Have a proven track record of leading a core subject and driving improvements in outcomes.
• Possess a clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
• Share our commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential, both academically and personally.
