We are looking to employ an exceptional Teacher of Psychology who shares our values and determination to deliver an excellent, inclusive education to our young people, from Nursery to Year 13.

We are looking for an excellent Teacher of Psychology with:

• the ability to teach one of either Religious Studies, Sociology, or Economics

• experience of effective teaching at KS3 and KS4;

• very high expectations of what can be achieved;

• a proven track record in raising pupil attainment and making a difference;

• an understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process;

• a strong desire to work in unity and collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and the school community;

• experience of following direction and being a proactive, team player;

• strong interpersonal skills;

• a creative and innovative approach to personal development and school improvement;

• the ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos;

• the ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
