Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging
face-to-face teaching across Health & Social Care programmes.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements.
Teach and support learners across relevant
Health & Social Care qualifications.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with college and awarding body requirements.
Support learners with their academic development and progression.
Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement.
Deliver occasional sessions outside standard hours where required.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Relevant
Health & Social Care industry experience or occupational competency.
Experience teaching or lecturing Health & Social Care qualifications.
Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for education and supporting learners to achieve their potential.
The ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Programmes Delivered
Health & Social Care qualifications
Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care programmes
Relevant vocational and academic Health & Social Care courses
Learners
Further Education learners.
Face-to-face classroom delivery.
Learners working towards Health & Social Care qualifications and progression into employment or further study.
