Summary

About this role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Reward team as a Reward Consultant, providing maternity cover within the wider Talent team in People Services.

You will support the delivery of our Reward strategy by helping to develop and implement reward and benefit schemes that attract, retain and motivate employees. You will also lead the operational delivery of the University’s job design and evaluation activity, helping to ensure roles are designed and assessed fairly and consistently.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across People Services and project teams throughout the University on reward, benefits and job evaluation activities.

UWE Bristol is a campus-based university with vibrant communities at the heart of student life. You will be based at our modern Frenchay Campus, typically working on campus two to three days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.

Further information:

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity-cover post, working 37 hours per week until the postholder returns. Salary offers follow the University’s salary assessment guidelines.
