UWE Bristol is looking to appoint two Strategic Organisation Development (OD) Business Partners to provide leadership and expertise on organisation development and design, and to lead on strategically aligned projects and initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and performance, building inclusive and equitable environments, and driving sustainable change.

The roles involves shaping and making evidence based strategic decisions and working collaboratively, to identify, prioritise and progress strategies and interventions that enhance the University’s people and organisational capability to deliver our core purpose, strategic ambitions and values.

About you

With proven experience of working at a strategic level within complex organisations or environments with a diverse employee population, you will have demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in an area or areas of expertise (e.g. organisation development and design, change management, strategic HRM etc).

You will have strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to think systemically and systematically about the organisation whilst focussing on and realising measurable impact. Excellent strategic consulting and stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to work and influence across all levels of seniority and trade unions, maintaining productive and healthy working relationships.

Where you will be working

In this role, you’ll be based at our modern Frenchay Campus

You’ll spend most of your time on campus with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.

These roles are full-time, working 37 hours per week.

The posts are available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
