Summary
PCB Assembler
£13.50 per hour | Swindon
Monday to Thursday: 7:45am-4:15pm | Friday: 7:45am-3:15pm
39 hours per week
We're currently looking for an experienced
PCB Assembler to join a well-established electronics manufacturing team in Swindon.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in
PCB assembly and through-hole soldering, who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
The Role
As a PCB Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling electronic units and PCBs to a high standard, working from technical drawings, schematics and production instructions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling electronic units and PCBs
Carrying out
through-hole soldering to a high standard
Following technical drawings, schematics and production instructions
Inspecting completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
Identifying and correcting any assembly issues
Working to production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working closely with other members of the production team
About You
We're looking for someone with previous experience in
PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing or a similar production environment.
You should have:
Good
through-hole soldering experience
Experience working with electronic components and PCBs
The ability to follow technical drawings, schematics and written instructions
Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
A reliable and methodical approach to your work
The ability to work effectively as part of a production team
