Summary
**Religious Worker – Hindu Temple**
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Religious Worker to support the daily religious activities and services of a Hindu temple. The role involves assisting with daily prayers and Hindu religious ceremonies, preparing and maintaining the temple and worship areas, supporting devotees during religious services, and helping to organise festivals and special religious events.
The duties will also include preparing flower garlands, preparing holy food and offerings for religious ceremonies, maintaining the cleanliness and sanctity of the temple and prayer areas, and assisting with general temple religious activities as required.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of Hindu religious practices, traditions and ceremonies, be respectful towards devotees and members of the community, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and religious festivals.
