The organisation focuses on product quality, service, innovation and ongoing investment in equipment and materials.The roleYou will help coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, supporting the team to maintain an efficient, safe and organised working environment. Responsibilities are likely to include:• Supervising and supporting warehouse staff during the day shift• Coordinating goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities• Helping to maintain accurate stock records and documentation• Monitoring workflow, priorities and delivery requirements• Supporting safe working practices and housekeeping standards• Assisting with resolving operational issues and reporting progress• Working closely with production, transport and other internal teamsSkills and experience• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment• Experience of supervising, leading or coordinating a team• Good organisation and time-management skills• A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others• Commitment to safe working practices and accurate processesBenefits• Minimum of 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime available• Potential opportunity for permanent employment• Opportunity to become visible to local employersApply today.
