Summary

Title: Finance Assistant

Our client, a power management company, is looking for a

Finance Assistant to join their growing team in Luton. This is a long-term position for candidates that are interested in developing their skills and working within a well-established production environment. Training will be provided for this position, and there are excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience within the industry.

Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.

Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.

Raising and reviewing POs and invoices

Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain a strong audit trail and support continuous improvement of Finance processes and controls.

Experience required:

Accounts payable or transactional finance experience

Exposure to multi-currency transactions

Understanding of PO, invoice and delegated authority

Strong attention to detail

Good Excel skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Starting work at 08:00/09:00 each morning

45 minute unpaid lunch break

Pay rate:

£15.38-£19.49 per hour dependent on experience
