Key Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 and small-group support within the Learner Hub, working with groups of up to six students.

- Support learners who require additional help away from the mainstream classroom environment.

- Work under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver tailored support strategies.

- Adapt learning resources and approaches to meet individual needs.

- Support students across core subjects, including maths, English and science.

- Promote positive behaviour and help students develop confidence, resilience and independence.

- Help maintain a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment.

Who We're Looking For

- A minimum Level 3 qualification is essential.

- Previous experience supporting children or young people on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

- Experience supporting students with SEN, additional needs or barriers to learning would be highly beneficial.

- A genuine desire to encourage learners who may need additional support to succeed in education.

- A strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
