EXPERIENCED SIGN MAKER/PRINTER OPERATOR
Location: Manor Signs (UK) Ltd, Unit 1A Bessemer Crescent, Rabans Lane Industrial Area, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8TF
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sign Maker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and finishing a wide range of signage to a high standard, ensuring all work is ready for installation and completed within deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and weed vinyl graphics for installation.
Apply graphics to a variety of media and substrates.
Operate large-format printers and plotters.
Laminate printed graphics and signage materials.
Apply vinyl and vehicle wraps.
Operate CNC machinery and use Aspire software when required.
Fabricate signage including ACM letters, acrylic letters, built-up letters, sign trays and rail-mounted signs.
Prepare, finish and paint built-up letters and signage.
Carry out routine maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Use company software to manage workflow and production schedules.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong fabrication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
