You will be reporting to Service Manager (Corporate Catering).
Your working pattern is Monday to Saturday (Any 5 from 6 to suit business needs. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of the St Magnus Café, Kirkwall Community Centre and Town Hall, promoting the Centre and Café as a provider of a high quality food and meeting room service.
