School Crossing Patrol Officer

Clay Loan, Kirkwall

6.66 hours per week, Term Time

Permanent

£29,080 - £29,350 pro rata

£15.07 – £15.21 per hour

The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to a Senior Administrative Officer.

Your working pattern is Monday to Friday. The normal working week is restricted to opening and closing times of Papdale Primary School, with a 40 minute shift in the morning and afternoon. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.

The purpose of this role is to assist children to cross the road at an established crossing point in Kirkwall.

We are looking for a punctual, trustworthy, honest individual who has a genuine interest in children's safety to join our team.

A uniform and equipment will be supplied.

This post is a regulated role with children and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
