Reach Truck Operator
Location: Leicester, LE3
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm 37.5 hours per week. Full time
DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a Reach Truck Operator to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Leicester.
This is a great opportunity for someone with Reach Truck experience who is looking for stable Monday-to-Friday working hours and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
The Role
As a Reach Truck Operator, your main responsibilities will include:
• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Moving stock around the warehouse.
• Completing put-away duties and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
• Loading, unloading and relocating goods as required.
• Ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately.
• Maintaining correct stock locations.
• Following all warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required.
About You
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• A valid and in-date Reach Truck licence.
• Good knowledge of warehouse health and safety.
• Good attention to detail.
• A reliable and punctual approach to work.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
