About the Role:
As our Scheduler and Repairs Assistant, you will be central to the smooth daily operation of our repairs and maintenance service. You’ll ensure our trades colleagues are in the right place at the right time, fully briefed and ready to deliver excellent service to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
Plan, allocate and schedule work in real time using critical workflow management systems.
Respond dynamically to emergencies, rerouting diaries and resolving conflicts to maintain service standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping customers informed and reassured—especially if appointments need to be changed.
Support the Trades Team, Customer Access Team and wider Property Management service by ensuring accurate job logging, system updates and smooth communication.
Provide administrative support for key compliance programmes, including gas servicing and electrical testing.
Maintain accurate records, process invoices, manage enquiries and contribute to a positive, proactive team environment.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in scheduling, coordinating diaries or managing workflow in real time.
Confidence using critical workflow systems and strong overall IT skills; ECDL or equivalent is desirable.
Experience delivering great customer service in a busy environment.
Knowledge or understanding of the repairs and maintenance sector, ideally within a housing or property management setting.
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure while adapting to changing demands.
Excellent attention to detail, strong logistics skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a high-performing team.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You can be based at either our Liverpool or Congleton office.
