About the Role:
You'll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment at Anne Conway House, ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard and customers can take pride in where they live. Your work will directly support customer wellbeing and contribute to creating a positive living environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain high standards of cleaning across communal areas.
Ensure cleaning materials are replenished, stored safely and used appropriately.
Carry out block inspections and report any concerns.
Report repairs, hazards and health and safety issues.
Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and in line with procedures.
Help keep external areas clean and tidy, including entrances, steps and courtyards.
Attend training and team meetings as required
