Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you'll be the face of the building - anticipating needs, building trusted relationships and making every visitor and colleague feel recognised, valued and looked after.

What you'll bring to life
-Create brilliant first impressions through warm, confident and personalised welcomes
-Own the guest journey from arrival to departure, making every interaction feel seamless
-Host VIPs and high-profile guests with discretion, confidence and exceptional attention to detail
-Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces so they are polished, purposeful and ready to impress
-Keep reception and shared spaces looking immaculate throughout the day
-Support mail management and other administrative tasks that keep the building running smoothly
-Spot what is needed before being asked and work closely with workplace and facilities colleagues to make it happen
