Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client, a reputable independent automotive accident repair centre in North Gloucestershire. Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Complete all jobs within estimated paint times, maintaining productivity targets

- Safeguard vehicles and contents throughout the repair process

- Follow safety standards and company procedures to ensure compliance

- Interpret technical instruction data accurately

- Use paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and tools properly

- Collaborate with team members and seek guidance from the Bodyshop Manager when necessary

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

- Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before customer handover

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- Fully qualified Paint Sprayer to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; strong relevant experience considered

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishing work

- Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points

- Reliable, motivated, and a team player

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet targets

- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
