Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent automotive accident repair centre located in North Gloucestershire for a Vehicle Panel Beater to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a modern facility within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction. The role of a Vehicle Panel Beater offers competitive pay and a supportive working environment.

Duties of the Panel Beater:

- Replacement and repair of damaged or compromised bodywork panels

- Conduct chassis and framework repairs

- Assess vehicle damage accurately and implement appropriate repair methods

- Perform bumper and door repairs as required

- Ensure all panel beating and repair works meet both internal and third-party quality standards

- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operational flow

- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the workshop

Requirements:

- Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater

- Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential

- Strong "on the job" experience within a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

- Ability to multitask effectively

- UK driving licence with minimal points

- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards is highly desirable but not essential
