What We're Looking For:We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children and helping them thrive. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 teaching assistant qualification, excellent communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. You will be reliable, approachable and able to promote positive behaviour while ensuring children feel safe, supported and included.
