Summary

Key Responsibilities Support NHS organisations to deliver workforce transformation, organisational development and culture change programmes. Develop and maintain standardised blueprints, case studies and shared learning resources to support consistent adoption of the new operating model and alignment with national standards. Build strong relationships with regional and local leaders to drive engagement, collaboration and delivery. Facilitate the implementation of the national TPS programme across the South West.
