Summary

Project Manager - Insurance, Customer Documentation, Transformation

Up to £600pd (Inside IR35)

Brighton/Manchester (Hybrid)

I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a customer documentation project.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-wide transformation programmes in an Insurance or Financial services organisation.

Experience delivering customer documentation, communications or operational change projects.

Proven experience leading projects from initiation through to implementation.

Experience managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting.

Ability to coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.

Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working across multiple value streams, delivery teams and workstreams.

Ability to manage programme-level dependencies and maintain alignment with wider objectives.

Track record of delivering projects to agreed timelines and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

Ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices.

Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints
