Roles & Responsibilities

As our ‘go-to’ running team, you will provide an excellent level of support to our community across phone, webchat, email, and social media. You will:

• Share Your Expertise: Deliver specialist running advice and deep technical knowledge to help customers choose the right gear for their goals.

• Be the Voice of Sportsshoes.com: Answer queries warmly, build quick rapport, and empathize with runners of all levels—from 5k beginners to ultra-marathoners.

• Goals: Maintain the highest standards of customer care, balancing your daily response times and performance KPIs.

• Customer Service Skills: Help customers to overcome any obstacles and reach the finishing line quickly by assisting them with their deliveries, returns and any other issues.
