The DPP is academically ambitious with links to the expanding DClinPsych Programme and Schools of Psychology, Medicine and Healthcare at the University of Leeds. This role is based in the Martin Wing, Leeds General Infirmary and the post holder will be mainly working on site from the team office, shared with other teams within the Paediatric Psychology department. The team is friendly and supportive and will provide the opportunity for the postholder to develop their skills within the role. What you will bring to the role To undertake neurocognitive assessments of paediatric patients and research participants To undertake data collection, data entry and analysis. To undertake searches of evidence-based literature. To provide coordination and assist in the running of the research activities. To be responsible for organising and co-ordinating own workload. To work constructively with other staff involved in the research project. To maintain the highest standards of clinical record keeping and report writing in accordance with professional codes of practice of the British Psychological Society, Trust and Department policies and procedures. To perform other duties of a similar kind appropriate to the grade, which may be required from time to time by the Consultant Paediatric Neuropsychologist.
