Summary

Head Of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety needed in Bristol

This is a temporary role and the rate is £387.96 per day PAYE

The reference number is: 5306402

The successful candidate will provide authoritative leadership and strategic direction across all areas of landlord compliance and building safety, ensuring homes and buildings are safe, well maintained, and fully aligned with statutory requirements. They will act as the senior subject matter expert for gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifts, and wider building safety functions, shaping robust compliance frameworks and driving a strong, resident‑focused safety culture. They will lead the organisation’s approach to the Building Safety Act, oversee safety case development and high‑rise building management, and deliver clear, evidence‑based assurance to senior stakeholders. With the ability to inspire teams, influence partners, and embed high‑performing, accountable working practices, the successful candidate will champion continuous improvement and maintain exceptional standards of data, digital records, and compliance governance.
