Summary
Manage an active caseload of tenants with multiple and complex needs, providing person-centred support to help them maintain their tenancies and move towards greater independence. Responsibilities include assessing housing and support needs, developing and reviewing support plans, supporting tenants with benefits, budgeting and independent living skills, completing risk assessments, responding to safeguarding concerns, liaising with partner agencies and maintaining accurate case records. You will also support tenants to access community, training and employment opportunities and transport tenants where required.
