Customer Assistant
Looking for a change from hospitality, retail, beauty or customer service?
We are is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy helping customers and have a natural ability to build rapport, this could be a great opportunity to turn those skills into a career in customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
Working primarily over the phone, you will speak with customers and potential customers interested in Hair by Zindzi products.
Your role will include:
* Calling and following up with customers and enquiries
* Providing friendly, professional customer service
* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
* Answering questions about wigs, hair and our products
* Following up with potential customers and helping convert enquiries into sales
* Building strong customer relationships
* Recording customer information and follow-up activity
* Working towards individual and team sales targets
Your Experience Could Transfer
You don't need previous experience in hair or sales.
People with backgrounds in:
Hospitality | Retail | Beauty | Hair | Hotels | Restaurants | Customer Service | Call Centres
often already have the key skills needed for this role — communication, confidence, patience and the ability to connect with people.
