Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately behind the scenes?We are excited to offer this opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Exams and Achievements Administrator to join our team.About the role:As our Exams and Achievements Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective administration of examinations, assessments, registrations and certification across the College. Working closely with the Exams Officer, teaching staff and awarding bodies, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all examination-related processes.The role involves coordinating examination entries, maintaining student achievement records, processing certification claims, supporting exam day arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with awarding body and JCQ regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and contributing to positive student outcomes within a busy educational environment.We are looking for someone who is:• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.• Experienced in administrative and data processing work.• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.• An effective communicator who can build positive relationships with staff, students and external organisations.• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Flexible, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.Why join us?This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team at the heart of the student journey.
