Based within our Operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating health and safety across the College, supporting staff, monitoring compliance, and helping to ensure a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.About the role:As our Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and promoting a positive health and safety culture across the College. Working closely with the Operations Manager and colleagues across all departments, you will provide practical advice and guidance on health and safety matters, monitor compliance with legislation and College policies, and help ensure a safe environment for staff, students and visitors.You will coordinate a wide range of health and safety activities, including risk assessments, inspections, audits, accident investigations, first aid and fire safety arrangements, training, and statutory compliance checks.
