Summary

Forest Lodge Academy requires - 2 x Level 2 Teaching Assistants (Fixed Term until 9th July 2027)Salary: NJC Point 7 -12 - £ (19,162.99 (Actual salary per Annum on NJC Point 7) - 30 Hours per weekHours of work: 8.40 - 3.10 pm or 8.50 am - 3.20 pm with 30 Minutes for Lunch.Forest Lodge Academy is a happy and friendly community school where children enjoy all aspects of school life.

We are looking for 2 x excellent Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work across our school who;Has experience of working/supporting pupils with SEND in EYFS/KS1 or KS2Holds a Level 2 qualification or above GCSE pass level or equivalent qualification in Maths/Numeracy & English or significant demonstrable experience in a similar role.Has excellent knowledge of children's early developmental needsIs a team player with good interpersonal skillsEffective communication skills enabling professional dialogues with all staff and stakeholdersResilience and flexibility of adapting and using initiative in a variety of situations in a timely mannerAbility to use relevant technology/equipmentA can do approach to a variety of situationsIs positive in their approach to their work and with all members of the school communityIs patient, caring, understanding, positive and supportiveIn return, we offer:
