Summary
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Rotation of day and night shifts
£23 per hour
If you’re an experienced Nurse with strong clinical skills, this role offers the environment and support to deliver care to a high standard. You’ll join a beautiful, purpose-built nursing home with well-established systems and a strong focus on quality care.
We’re looking for an RGN or RMN with post-registration experience and a solid nursing home background. You’ll need to be clinically confident, comfortable making decisions and able to respond effectively to residents’ changing needs across both day and night shifts.
Please note: Due to the location of the home and the lack of accessible public transport, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
What You’ll Need:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with
active NMC PIN
Strong clinical background and
post-qualification experience
Experience working within a nursing home environment
Ability to manage a fast-paced day shift and make sound clinical decisions
Must be able to drive due to limited public transport
We cannot accept newly qualified Nurses for this role

What You’ll Do:
Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment.
Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence.
Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents.
Use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs and escalate when required.
Support residents and families with clear communication and a professional approach.
