Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Rotation of day and night shifts

£23 per hour

If you’re an experienced Nurse with strong clinical skills, this role offers the environment and support to deliver care to a high standard. You’ll join a beautiful, purpose-built nursing home with well-established systems and a strong focus on quality care.

We’re looking fo

r an RGN or RMN with post-registration experience and a solid nursing home background. You’ll need to be clinically confident, comfortable making decisions and able to respond effectively to residents’ changing needs across both day and night shifts.

Please note: Due to the location of the home and the lack of accessible public transport, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead safe, effective nursing care during busy day shifts in a dynamic environment.

• Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management with confidence.

• Coordinate with the wider team to maintain smooth routines and positive outcomes for residents.

• Use your clinical judgement to respond to changing needs and escalate when required.

• Support residents and families with clear communication and a professional approach.
