Guided by our five core values, we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.As a Senior Support Worker, you will balance hands-on support with leadership and administrative responsibilities to help ensure the smooth running of the service.We are seeking someone who brings:experience in the care or support sectora positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping othersstrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to individual needsflexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidayscommitment to equality, diversity, and person-centred carea care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualificationShift patterns include:Working Pattern: Includes 2 admin days per week.Shift Times: 7:00am-3:00pm, 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm.Additional Requirements: Participation in the sleep-in rota (paid at a flat rate of £52.78)About YouYou are kind, adaptable and passionate about helping others thrive.
