Summary
We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Night Carer to join our team on a permanent basis.
As a Night Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing. Duties will include assisting with personal care, continence care, repositioning and mobility, responding promptly to call bells, carrying out regular welfare checks and supporting residents with their individual needs.
You will complete accurate care records, report any changes or concerns to the senior member of staff and help maintain a safe, calm and comfortable environment throughout the night.
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred. You should be kind, patient, dependable and able to work confidently as part of a team while respecting residents’ dignity, privacy and independence.
This is a permanent Night Carer role.
