Summary
As a Senior Carer, you will support clients with personal care, mobility, daily living tasks and emotional wellbeing while leading and guiding care staff during day and night shifts. You will ensure safe moving and handling, maintain accurate records, follow care plans, and uphold high standards of dignity and respect. This role includes overseeing care delivery, supporting junior staff, responding to client needs, and ensuring a safe, person‑centred environment at all times.
