Operations Support Agent - London

* 11:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed schedule.
Pay rates:
* 14.02 GBP hourly.
Essential requirements for Operations Support Agent:
* Supporting the day-to-day operation, including customer enquiries, shipment investigations, failed delivery/collection management, data entry and communication with drivers.

* Confident and competent using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.

* Well organised and able to manage your own time effectively.
