Operations Support Agent - London

Shift patterns:

* 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed schedule.

Pay rates:

* 14.02 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Operations Support Agent:

* Supporting the day-to-day operation, including customer enquiries, shipment investigations, failed delivery/collection management, data entry, and communication with drivers.

Desirable requirements for Operations Support Agent:

* Confident and competent using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

* Able to work independently, use your own initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.

* Well-organized, reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a good level of spoken and written English.
