Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused event staff to support a range of Christmas events, festive markets and artisan markets across the M4 corridor.

Work will be available across Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol, supporting busy seasonal events throughout the Christmas period.

Duties may include:

Setting up and closing down event and market areas

Assisting stallholders, traders and event organisers

Welcoming and assisting members of the public

Monitoring event areas and helping maintain a safe, clean environment

Supporting queues, entrances and general crowd management

Assisting with Christmas activities and festive entertainment

Providing excellent customer service

Carrying out general event and market duties as required

We are looking for people who are friendly, professional, punctual and able to work in a busy outdoor environment. Previous events, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is useful but not essential, as training may be provided.
