Events Management Services is seeking enthusiastic local Event Partners to organise outdoor cinema events in communities across England. We will provide comprehensive support by supplying all necessary outdoor cinema infrastructure, including an LED screen, fencing, seating, power, technical equipment, a booking system, a foyer area, and food and drink facilities.
Our team will assist you throughout the entire process to ensure you can successfully host your own outdoor cinema event.
Main Duties
• Run your own outdoor cinema event within your local area
• Share and market events through social media
• Post in local community groups and relevant online platforms
• Build relationships with local businesses, organisations and community groups
• Help increase ticket sales for each screening
• Support customers with basic event information
• Attend the event and assist with the overall customer experience
• Work alongside EMS staff during the event weekend

• Food and drink area
• Technical and operational support
You are not required to purchase any cinema equipment.
Earnings
The Event Partner receives 30% of distributable event revenue.
Before the revenue share is calculated, EMS deducts:
• The separate film licence contribution
• A fixed £2,000 infrastructure charge
EMS staffing costs are not deducted from the Event Partner’s 30% share.
Potential earnings will depend on ticket sales and attendance.
As an example, based on a standard 3-day event with up to 12 screenings:
• 25% occupancy: approximately £707
• 50% occupancy: approximately £2,014
• 70% occupancy: approximately £3,060
• 85% occupancy: approximately £3,844
• Sold out: approximately £4,629
