Sales Coordinator

Hours: 08.30 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 – 1.30 Friday.
Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Birmingham. They have a friendly and supportive team, and this role would suit someone looking for a busy and challenging role with varied duties.
They specialise in design and manufacturing of components for a variety of industries including construction, aerospace and many other market sectors. They have a strong reputation for quality with an international client base.
Duties will include: -
• General office administration duties.
• Liaise with customers and deal with all queries.
• Processing of orders and schedules.
• Analyse, understand and monitor customer product demand.
• Using various IT packages and customer web portals.
• Accurately input and maintain customer data.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are met.
• Support the external Sales team.
Essential Requirements: -
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• A confident, friendly attitude.
• Effective communicator.
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
