Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their reputable dealership in Cheltenham. This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a well-established franchise, offering substantial earning potential and long-term career progression.

Benefits:

- Starting basic salary of £22,500 per annum

- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with a scheduled day off each week

- Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and alternating Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Selling new and used vehicles, including hybrid and electric models where applicable

- Promoting various add-ons, accessories, and finance and insurance products as a Car Sales Executive

- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Providing detailed vehicle demonstrations and explaining warranties, services, and after-sales support

- Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery status and managing any delays

- Resolving customer queries promptly and collecting payments prior to vehicle handover

- Introducing customers to the Service Department and offering ongoing support

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Residency within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham

- UK driving licence with minimal points

- Previous experience in car sales preferred; experience with new, hybrid, or electric vehicles advantageous but not essential

- Strong transferable skills in retail, customer service, or sales roles

- Results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships

- Commitment to professionalism and the brand
