Summary
ROLE: Technical, Asset & Compliance LeadHOURS: 40 Hours per WeekLOCATION: Hybrid

We're looking for a Technical, Asset & Compliance Lead who will ensure that all assets are accurately recorded, maintained throughout their lifecycle, and operated in compliance with relevant legislation, client requirements, and industry standards.
Role Responsibilities:
-Maintain and manage the asset register, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ongoing data integrity within CAFM and asset management systems.
-Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies, including maintenance, replacement, disposal planning, and lifecycle forecasting.
-Produce compliance dashboards, asset performance reports, condition reports, and KPI metrics to support client governance and informed decision-making.
-Identify compliance risks, investigate compliance failures, implement corrective actions, and provide technical support during audits and client inspections.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
-Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Asset Management, or a related environment.
-Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within Facilities Management and experience using Maximo and CAFM or asset management systems.
-Understanding of asset lifecycle management principles, with excellent analytical, reporting, organisational, and planning skills.
-Ability to interpret technical and legislative requirements and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable Qualifications:
-Knowledge of ISO 41001, ISO 55001, and ISO 9001 standards.
-NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
